goals.
Be positive
The key to being positive is to think positively. Every day for a whole week,
start each morning by reading these thoughts (from Norman Vincent Peale)
-If there is no fun in it, something’s wrong with what you are doing
-Control your mind to develop unlimited power
-Love people, you will inevitably get love back in return
-Throw your heart over the bar and your body will follow

Exercise for how to get clear on your goals
We may, from time to time, set a goal and then find we don’t achieve it, or
once we have achieved it, it’s not as much fun as we thought. When you define
your goals, ask yourself the following questions to test if it is what you really
want. 1. How will I know when I have it? (this moves you forward to the possibility
of actually achieving the goal and what that will feel like) 2.What having it
means to me (getting to the core of your motivation now) 3. The price I will have
to pay (just to test to see if there’s a conflict or an ‘anti goal’ that will
stop you) 4. If I didn’t have this goal and carried on exactly as I am…….(helps
you look at the futility of doing nothing)
